Shaniece Wise-Spencer is a Business Expansion Coach & Strategist, minister, national speaker, executive director, and best-selling author committed to helping individuals, businesses, and communities grow with purpose and structure. She is the Founder and CEO of Wise Armstrong & Associates, LLC, where she has helped thousands of business owners strengthen operations, improve leadership, increase profitability, and position their businesses for long-term success.

In ministry, Shaniece serves as an Associate Minister at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Lance Humphrey and First Lady Nichole Humphrey. She also serves as the Executive Assistant to Pastor Lance Humphrey and the Executive Director of the Mt. Zion Community & Outreach Center, where she is working to help strengthen community outreach, leadership development, youth engagement, and faith-based partnerships that create lasting impact throughout the community.

Known for her ability to connect faith and business, Shaniece has traveled across the country teaching business owners how to build sustainable businesses while remaining grounded in purpose, leadership, and biblical principles. Her practical teaching style, transparency, and strategic insight have allowed her to impact thousands of entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and professionals nationwide.

She is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the African American Chamber of Commerce, where she continues to support business growth, leadership development, and economic empowerment initiatives.

Through coaching, ministry, speaking engagements, and community leadership, Shaniece remains dedicated to helping others build strong foundations in business, faith, and life. She is a devoted wife to Stafford Spencer and proud mother of two sons, Brandon Charles and Xavier Charles.
